About Wes
Wes had dedicated the last decade of his life to training, competing, and teaching martial arts. He entered the world of striking though boxing, which quickly led to his love of muay thai (Thai boxing). Muay Thai, known as “the art of eight limbs”, is a full-body workout and one of the most effective ways to improve conditioning and increase mobility. Through training muay thai, you will learn to move and think like a fighter. It is both an excellent complement to weight lifting, and a worthy training regiment in itself.
Coach Wes will provide you with the techniques to train effectively and safely to avoid injury. Whether you are an experienced martial artist or have never thrown a punch before, you will learn new skills, gain strength in new areas, and have a hell of a lot of fun doing it!
