Level 1 [Beginners]: Olympic Weightlifting for Fun, Fitness and Sports Performance
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 6:30-7:30pm
Format: Small Group Training. Homework will be given.
Goals: Participants will learn how to power snatch, power clean, jerk, press, front squat, squat and how to incorporate into their sports strength training or recreational lifting/fitness routine.

Level 1 [Advanced Beginners]: Olympic Weightlifting for the Sport of Weightlifting
Prerequisites: Complete Beginner course or instructor approval
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 7:30-8:30pm
Format: Small Group Training. Homework will be given.
Goals: Athletes will learn how to do the full competition lifts from the floor: Snatch, Clean and Jerk. Progressions will include snatches and cleans from hang and blocks as well as snatch balances, dead hang snatches, power jerks and split jerks and squat jerks.
