About Randy

Randy is a USA Weightlifting National Coach, Advanced Sports Performance Coach, and certified as a Totten Training Systems Advanced Olympic Weightlifting Coach and Ma Strength Chinese Weightlifting. He is on the teaching faculty for USA Weightlifting Coaching Certifications. As an instructor for the USA Weightlifting Coaches Course he has trained and certified hundreds of new weightlifting and sports performance coaches in Colorado and Wyoming.

From 2007 to 2009 he was a Team Leader Instructor for Pavel Tsatsouline’s Hard Style kettlebell certifications and also a Certified Kettlebell Sport Coach with the World Kettlebell Club. Randy is also a level 4 Rossiter System pain relief and mobility practitioner, one of the most effective modalities around for getting out of pain quickly.

As a masters age athlete, Randy has held 3 US kettlebell sport records in the long cycle clean and jerk event in both the open and masters divisions. With numerous podium finishes in local Olympic Weightlifting events, Randy is the former Pennsylvania State age group record holder for the snatch and took Bronze in the 2008 National Masters Meet.

With over 20 years of experience coaching, Randy has helped athletes from youth and masters age as well as collegiate and professional get stronger and more explosive in a variety of sports such as Cross Country, Track and Field, Mountain and Trail Running, Road and Mountain Cycling, Obstacle Course Racing, Basketball, Softball, Stihl Timber Sports.

Since 2009 Randy has been the head coach of an Olympic Weightlifting club which has produced Colorado State Junior, Senior and Masters champions, National, Collegiate and American Open competitors, as well as National and Pan Am Masters Champions.
